You know that moment when you think of the really good come-backs to being hit on by the cute guy in the grocery store - while in the car on your way home. Ugh!

Love ourselves first

Each day that I am in my office I draw an Inner Wizard card and then post the results. Today's was awesome and I thought it worth sharing for further discussion. 

What a fabulous way to see look at ourselves and boost our own self-esteem and self-worth. There is so much negativity aimed at us these days not only through personal relationships but through the media if we are not that "perfect" person as they see it. I love this and hope it helps others as it will people who come to my practice. Planning to make a poster of this I think. What do you think?
